Virtual Homebuyer Education

Four Directions will be hosting a hoMEworks Homebuyer Education course on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday March 29th, 30th, and 31st from 5:30-8:30pm. Participants will be required to attend all 3 courses in order to receive their certificate. Registration is required by contacting Sayre Savage at 207-866-2019 or ssavage@fourdirectionsmaine.org. Course registration fee will be $30 per person or $50 per couple who registers together which can be paid via PayPal. The course will be offered LIVE via Zoom. This course will satisfy the homebuyer education requirement for Maine lenders and down-payment assistance programs.
