We are happy to offer financial resilience training to help you prepare for unexpected financial events and make sure you are covered in case of an emergency.

Homebuyer education classes help you to make informed decisions about budgeting, borrowing, and choosing the right professionals during the home-buying process.

As a Maine hoMEworks Homebuyer Education provider, we offer live 8-hour workshops throughout the year that provide you with a solid foundation to become a successful homebuyer. Many loan products and down-payment assistance programs require first-time homebuyers to complete the Maine hoMEworks course prior to closing on their home.

We also offer a discounted self-guided homebuyer education course through eHome America, America’s Premier Online Homebuyer Education, to help you determine if homeownership is right for you, how to shop for a home, and how to maintain a home once you’ve bought it.
