FDDC offers multiple home lending options to help you get into the home of your dreams! We have the resources, information, and services you need to obtain a home loan and close on your new house!

Don’t let a large down payment stop you from buying a new home. FDDC provides down payment assistance to eligible Native Americans in Maine. Approved applicants will receive $5,000 toward a down payment on a home purchase. The applicant’s income must be at or below 100% of the current median household guidelines from NAHASDA . Approved applicants are expected to complete an 8-hour First-Time Homebuyer Education workshop prior to closing. Availability dependent on funding.

Have expensive fixes to make around the house? Our Home Improvement loans can be used for upgrades for safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, and comfort. Schedule an appointment to discuss our construction requirements for your next home improvement project. Please note that we do not offer traditional Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) or Interest-Only Construction Loans. FDDC Home Improvement Loans are fixed-rate, term loans.
