Lisa is a hardworking Passamaquoddy Native American woman entrepreneur with big dreams of growing her property management business, Downeast Property Management Services, located on the Passamaquoddy Indian Township reservation. She started her business so she can work for herself and not someone else. Lisa was referred to Four Directions by a relative who said we were flexible to work with as a lender. Lisa was presented an opportunity to purchase an off-reservation property located in Princeton, Maine. Lisa was already familiar with this five-bedroom house, because she managed it for six (6) years while the current owner lived in England. Prior to us approving her loan to purchase this house, Lisa owned two other rental properties. She is an established property manager, having been in business for 14 years.
